Creating References Through the References Library

Did you know you can create new references and add them to your References Library without having to create or open a paper first? This can be handy if you want to get your research in place before starting a paper.

1. Go to PERRLA Online. 
2. Log into your account. 
3. Click References in the left menu. 
4. Click the green + Create a new reference button. 
5. Choose your writing style (APA, MLA, or Turabian). 

The Reference Wizard will walk you through creating the reference as usual. References created in the References Library are stored there for use in future papers.
