What is Priority Support?
PERRLA always tries to offer the absolute best level of customer support possible to every single one of our users. But our Priority Support users get to jump to the front of the Support line when they have a problem.
PERRLA answers support requests via email on a first come, first serve basis. And we almost always answer questions within a few hours of receiving the request.
But if you don't want to wait in line, you can add Priority Support to your account and skip to the very front of the line.
How to add Priority Support to your Subscription
You can add Priority Support to your PERRLA subscription whenever you initially purchase PERRLA. However, it's easy to add it to your account later as well. Here's how:
- Log into your PERRLA Account
Go to www.perrla.com/login.aspx and enter your information.
- Click Add Priority Support to My Subscription in the My PERRLA Subscription section
You have to have an active subscription to purchase Priority Support. If your subscription has expired, you can renew it here and add Priority Support during your renewal.
- Click Purchase Priority Support
- Enter your payment information (if needed)
And that's it!
You'll be directed back to the My PERRLA Home page with Priority Support immediately added to your account.
