Update your billing information

A note about security

We take your security and privacy seriously and follow industry-standard practices to keep your data safe.

When processing credit card transactions, we use Authorize.net as our payment processor. Authorize.net is a subsidiary of Visa, Inc. and handles any recurring payments on our behalf as well.

We do not store your full credit card number on our servers – only the last 4 digits. Your complete card data is never accessible from our systems.

We also maintain electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards to protect your private information in accordance with industry standards.

Billing information

Your last payment method is securely stored and connected to your PERRLA account. If your billing information changes, you can update it anytime in your PERRLA Settings.

You can access Settings inside any PERRLA application or by logging into your account here.

Click Change Payment Method in the Account & Billing section.

Address changes

PERRLA no longer requires your address. We only ask for a billing ZIP code during checkout to properly assess taxes.

Removing your billing information

If you no longer want a payment method attached to your account, you can remove it anytime in your PERRLA Settings. Click Remove Payment Method in the Account & Billing section.
