The PERRLA Online Calendar makes it easy to keep track of everything going on each day (and anything due that day).
That's what makes PERRLA's Calendar so great. In addition to your events, it shows your due Assignments, Papers, Classes, & To-Dos.
You can view your Calendar in four different views:
The Month, Week, and Day views show that amount of time respectively. The List view shows all of your Calendar items as a list. Unlike the other views, if there isn't anything happening on a day, that day doesn't show up in the List.
Creating and Editing Items
Create a new calendar event by clicking on the date or time when you want to create the event. We'll open a pop-up where you can enter the event details. Click Save to finish the creation process.
You can edit any event, assignment, or to-do by clicking on it in the Calendar. We'll open the items details in a window where you can update them.
Class meetings cannot be edited in the Calendar. You can edit them by going to the Overview tab inside of that Class and clicking Edit Class in the bottom right.
Sync your Calendar with Google
If you use Google to track your schedule, you can sync PERRLA with it so your PERRLA items show up on whatever calendar you use.
Here's what you need to do:
- Go to your Account Settings
Click your name in the top-right corner, then click Account Settings
- Go to the Calendar tab
- Click Link Your Google Calendar
- Click OK, I'm Ready
- Follow the Google prompts & click Allow
If you don't click Allow then we cannot see your Google Calendar or add PERRLA's items to it.
- Once returned to PERRLA, select the Google Calendar you want to sync with PERRLA
- Select how you want Google & PERRLA to interact
Get Google Calendar Events And Display will show all your Google events in PERRLA.
