Occasionally we find situations where having a user's PERRLA Log file will help us fix a problem. In those cases, PERRLA's Customer Support team may ask you to send us your log file (it's like a detailed journal of how the program is doing).
Here's how to do it:
- Open PERRLA for Word
- Go to Help in the sidebar
- Type "Send log" in the Contact Support text-field
- Send Send to Support
PERRLA for Word will automatically attach your log file and send it to our Customer Support team.
