PERRLA for Word on Windows allows you to create presets for your classes that can prefill the paper's information when you create it. At this time, we do not have class presets for PERRLA for Word on Mac.
Creating a class preset
You can create a new class preset using the PERRLA for Word desktop application. Here's how:
- Open PERRLA for Word
You can double-click the PERRLA pencil icon on your desktop or open PERRLA using the Windows Launcher/Start button.
- Go to the Settings tab
- Click Add in the Class Preset section
- Enter the class's information
- Click Add Class Preset
And that's it!
You should see the new class preset in the list of presets on your Settings tab. You can create as many class presets as you would like.
Using a class preset
After adding a preset, you can use it the next time you create a new paper with PERRLA for Word. It's really easy.
- Start a new paper
- Select a preset from the Class Presets drop-down
Magic! We'll fill the paper create fields with the information you added to the preset.
Editing or deleting a class preset
If you want to update or remove a class preset, you can do that in your Settings tab. Just select a preset from the list and click to Edit or Delete it.
